Musical Highlights

Jimmy's musical Influences include such artists as Michael Schenker, Hendrix, Vai, Sykes, and Hugh Jass Racket He has played many clubs throughout NC. Formed alias Mangler with friends Terry Baker (drums), Kelly Rowsey (bass), and Danny Hutchins (vocals). Mangler entered Battle of Bands at Dorton Arena in Raleigh, NC. Won 1st prize out of 32 bands from all across the state of NC. 1st prize included studio time at CMC studos in Zebulon, NC and 500 albums. Mangler recorded and released "BITE The METAL". In addition to the albums, 500 cassettes were also released and sold very rapidly. Mangler continued to play clubs throughout NC. Mangler disbanded in 1991. Jimmy took a break for a few years, but returned when he got hooked up with The Hugh Jass Racket.  Jimmy joined Fair warning and recorded 2 albums "Fire it up " and Sweet Addiction"
